The first day I arrived at Cardigan Mountain, and the beautiful amc lodge, I could see the monstrous mountain, and a place practically made for fun! Lets just call the first day of this adventure, day one. We got off the bus and went straight to playing a game as a class. This game was played in a field that had grass in it. I am guessing a long time ago some people cut down the trees and planted the grass. That would be human environment interaction, I thought to myself. Well, being completely honest here, I was too excited to be thinking about that at that point, but I realized it later. We got our groups, played another short game, and were off on our adventure. We hiked up a small trail and saw a beaver bog.Andy, our group leader, taught us about the bever bog. Then as we hiked more we saw an old cellar hole. Someone built that cellar hole a long time ago, and in building it they changed the place around it. This is another example of human environment interaction. The day ended later and we went to our bunk rooms. We ate a delicious dinner and went to bed after.
